Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. 

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. We ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated based on the type and number of items purchased and your shipping address. 

Please see below for estimated delivery times (not including the 3-5 business days for order processing). These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Within Canada: 5-8 business days
  • United States: 10-14 business days 
  • International: 10-21 business days 

NOTE:

  • Standard Shipping does not include a tracking number. 
  • Expedited Shipping (if available to your location) includes a Canada Post tracking number.
  • Rural locations and/or customs delays may cause shipping times to vary.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

Purchases made online are available for return and refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags and labels attached.  

Please note we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different size or item, please return your existing item for a refund, and submit a new order through our online store. 

NOTE: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Email marketing@hockeydiversityalliance.org with your order number and reason for returning.

  2. Mail your return item to:

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

RETURN SHIPPING METHODS:

It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package to insure delivery. If you are having issues with your shipment please reach out to the shipping company directly.
 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at marketing@hockeydiversityalliance.org and include an image of the item.
